M2 for e-Skills was held in Athens
The e-Skills consortium met up in Athens for the 2nd meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project titled ‘eSkills4ALL: A digital skills tool kit for low skilled adults focusing on women re-entering the labour market ‘, which was organized on the 23rd of March.
The eSKILLS4ALL project promotes the acquisition of digital competencies essential to bridge the digital gap, while fighting skills mismatches and unemployment of low-skilled unemployed adults with a focus on women. This will be done through the development of a multi-assessed e-tool based on an interactive and dynamic platform. During the meeting, the consortium analysed the results of the survey conducted among unemployed adults and also among representatives of the labour market (needs identification). The needs of both target groups determined the selection of the digital courses.
This meeting outlined our next steps for the development of the Modules which will include:
- Information and data literacy
- Communication and Collaboration
- Digital Content Creation
- Online Safety
- Problem Solving
The training course will be available online as well as face to face and you will receive recognition of completion through Open Badges.
